Welcome to Islanova Studio. By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Islanova Studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital products

All products sold through Islanova Studio are digital products. No physical products will be shipped unless specifically stated otherwise.

Digital products may include Showit website templates, Shopify themes, Canva templates, digital resources, guides, and other downloadable products.

Because our products are delivered digitally, please review the product description, features, platform requirements, and included items before purchasing to make sure the product is right for you.

2. Template license

Your purchase grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the purchased product for your own business or website.

Unless otherwise stated, each template or theme purchase is licensed for one website or one business.

You may customize the product to suit your business, including changing colors, fonts, images, text, layouts, and other editable elements.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, gift, or transfer the original template, theme, or files
• Share your template access, files, or download links with another person
• Upload the template or files to another website, marketplace, or file sharing service
• Claim the original template or design as your own work
• Copy, reproduce, or recreate the product for the purpose of selling or distributing it
• Use the product or its files to create another product for resale
• Use the original template or theme to create websites or designs for clients or other businesses without written permission from Islanova Studio

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the original design, template, theme, or underlying intellectual property to you.

If you are a designer, agency, or service provider and would like to use one of our products for a client project, please contact us before purchasing to discuss an appropriate license.

3. Showit templates

Showit templates are designed to be customized and used within the Showit platform.

A Showit subscription is not included with your purchase. You are responsible for maintaining your own Showit account and subscription.

Any fonts, stock photography, graphics, illustrations, or other third party assets used in the demo that are not included with the template may require separate licenses or purchases.

Please review the individual product description for details about what is included with your purchase.

4. Shopify themes

Shopify themes are designed to be customized and used within the Shopify platform.

A Shopify subscription is not included with your purchase. You are responsible for maintaining your own Shopify account and subscription, as well as your products, content, domain, apps, payment settings, shipping settings, and other store configurations.

You are responsible for ensuring that your website and store comply with Shopify's terms, policies, and requirements, as well as any laws or regulations applicable to your business.

Islanova Studio does not control Shopify and cannot guarantee that Shopify's features, pricing, policies, integrations, or functionality will remain unchanged.

5. Canva templates

Canva templates are intended for use within Canva.

You may customize the templates for your own business and marketing materials. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim the original template designs as your own.

If a product includes Canva Pro elements, you may need a Canva Pro account or an appropriate license to use those elements.

Please refer to the individual product description for any additional requirements or limitations.

6. Images, fonts, and third party assets

Images, fonts, mockups, graphics, illustrations, and other third party assets shown in product previews may not be included with your purchase unless specifically stated.

You are responsible for obtaining any required licenses for third party assets that you choose to use.

Islanova Studio is not responsible for third party licensing fees, restrictions, availability, or changes to third party services.

7. Purchases and payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Islanova Studio reserves the right to change product pricing, modify product offerings, discontinue products, or correct errors at any time.

Changes to pricing or product offerings will not affect purchases that have already been completed.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate or near immediate access that may be provided after purchase, all digital product sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after a digital product has been purchased or delivered.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, receive an incorrect product, or believe your files are defective, please contact us at hello@islanovastudio.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Product support

Product purchases may include access to setup instructions, guides, documentation, or limited customer support as described on the individual product page.

Support is intended to help you access and use the purchased product as designed.

Support does not include custom website design, custom development, copywriting, branding, SEO strategy, ongoing website management, or building your website or store for you unless specifically stated otherwise.

Support also does not include troubleshooting unrelated third party software, apps, plugins, or services.

We cannot guarantee compatibility with future updates to Showit, Shopify, Canva, browsers, plugins, apps, or other third party platforms.

10. Intellectual property

All original designs, templates, themes, graphics, written content, documentation, branding, and other materials created by Islanova Studio remain the intellectual property of Islanova Studio unless otherwise stated.

Some products may contain third party materials that are owned or licensed by their respective owners.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the purchased product as outlined in these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the product or its underlying intellectual property to you.

11. Personal and business use

Products purchased from Islanova Studio are intended for use by the individual or business that purchased them.

Unless otherwise stated, a template or theme may only be used for one website or one business.

If you purchase a product for your business, you may use the finished customized website or design as part of that business's online presence.

You may not use a purchased product to create websites, templates, themes, or other designs for clients or other businesses without an appropriate license from Islanova Studio.

12. Website and business results

Islanova Studio does not guarantee that using our templates, themes, products, or resources will result in increased traffic, sales, clients, followers, revenue, conversions, inquiries, or any other specific business results.

Our products are designed to provide professionally designed tools and resources for your business. Your results depend on many factors outside of our control, including your products or services, pricing, marketing, audience, content, business strategy, implementation, and how you customize and use the product.

You are responsible for your own business decisions and results. Islanova Studio is not responsible or liable for any loss of sales, revenue, profits, customers, or other business outcomes resulting from your use of our products.

13. Website use

You agree not to use our website or digital products for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with our website, systems, or services.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, accounts, systems, files, or digital products.

14. Website and product availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website, products, downloads, and product links available and functioning properly.

However, we do not guarantee that our website, downloads, product links, or third party integrations will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error free.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Islanova LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to your use of our website, products, templates, themes, digital resources, or third party platforms.

This includes, without limitation, loss of sales, revenue, profits, customers, data, business opportunities, or other business losses.

You are responsible for how you customize, publish, and use your website, online store, marketing materials, and other products purchased from Islanova Studio.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Islanova LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of our website or products, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

17. Changes to these Terms

Islanova Studio reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The most current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of our website or products after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and in the appropriate courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
